Sleeves and Gakets upgraded
Rubber sleeve upgraded to metal Teflon sleeve, to reduce the friction, more smooth and no deviation. O type gaskets upgraded to X type, better sealed.
Freestanding Air Cavity
Patented double chamber structure, with high sensitivity
High mechanical properties Die-cast aluminum
The new materials wil promote 25% flexural-tensile strength and 50% elongtation. The new materials will make forks stronger and lighter.
Mute Oil-return Systerm
Patented damping oil rod optimizes hydraulic oil flow trajectory and reduces noise.
Invert Oil Seal
Invented triangle structure will make the oil seal disassembly more convenient, and the slippage preventing will be higher.
Waterproof System
Double layers scraper oil seal can more effectively block the mud into the fork inside. And, adopting sponge ring to block liquid from entering the inside of the fork.

Test before shipping
- Fatigue test at 200 thousand times (industry standard is 100 thousand)
- Impact test. After fatigue testing will do impact test immediately, not use a new one
- Pull-out test
- Sizes test, hardness test etc.
